1. General Disclaimer

• Coaching vs. Therapy: All services, programs, and digital products offered through Core Happiness™ and The Clarity Consultant™ are for personal development, education, and coaching purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical treatment, therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or legal/financial advice.
• No Guarantees: While our coaching, courses, and products are designed to support clarity, growth, and personal development, individual results vary. We cannot guarantee any specific outcomes.
• Crisis Situations: If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please call 911 (in the U.S.) or your local emergency number. You should also contact a licensed therapist, physician, or mental health provider in your area.

2. Relationship of Brands

The Clarity Consultant™ operates as an extension of Core Happiness, LLC. All contracts, payments, and agreements entered into under The Clarity Consultant™ name are legally managed and fulfilled by Core Happiness, LLC.

3. Terms of Service

A. Eligibility

• By engaging with our services or products, you confirm that you:
• Are 18 years of age or older, or have written consent from a parent/guardian.
• Understand that coaching and digital products are not therapy, medical, or legal advice.
• Are participating voluntarily and take full responsibility for your choices and outcomes.

B. Sessions (1:1 Coaching, Clarity Sessions, VIP, etc.)

• Payment: Payment must be made in full prior to scheduling.
• Refund Policy for Sessions:
• Refunds are available up to 48 hours before a scheduled session.
• Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• No-shows and late cancellations are not refundable.
• If intake responses indicate that coaching is not appropriate (e.g., therapy or crisis intervention is more suitable), Core Happiness, LLC reserves the right to cancel the session and issue a full refund.
• Confidentiality: Sessions are confidential except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., imminent harm, abuse, court order).

C. Digital Products (courses, journals, meditations, challenges, etc.)

• Access: Upon purchase, you receive a license for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is prohibited.
• Refunds: Digital products are generally non-refundable due to instant access, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Intellectual Property: All content (including videos, audios, worksheets, frameworks, meditations, methods, and written materials) is the intellectual property of Core Happiness, LLC. The Core Return™, REAL Method™, Core Compass™, and other branded frameworks are proprietary and protected.

D. Group Programs, Workshops, and Courses

• Group participation requires respectful conduct. Harassment, disruption, or violation of community guidelines may result in removal without refund.
• Access to recordings, materials, or bonuses is subject to the terms outlined at time of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, and brand names including Core Happiness™, The Clarity Consultant™, Core Compass™, The Core Return™, and related program titles are owned by Core Happiness, LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Core Happiness, LLC and its representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or products.
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of our services or products.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
